It is the mission of the SAMAAP WSSW Leadership Institute to:

a) encourage members to contribute to the development of the people of Panama, in particular, and to humanity, in general.

b) facilitate opportunities to work collaboratively with other organizations in support of activities that: *improve the quality of life for youth,

c) broaden SAMAAP's outreach into the community, and *increase our Leaders' knowledge, capabilities, and skills in their chosen endeavors (to include the use of English).

d) offer Institute Leaders incentives to expand the scope of their skill set into the international arena.

e) provide SAMAAP with additional membership resources for the accomplishment of its goals and future lines of succession.

f) promote volunteerism.
