2008 Adviser C. Gaines, Esq., was assisted by WSSW Leader S. Freeman as they offered a Rule of Law/ Social Contracts Program to kindergarten classes at Torrijos-Carter School, Republic of Panama. The Rule of Law/Social Contracts Program was supported by an American Society of Panama, AMSOC grant.
